Chain Ring Cowboy

If anyone out there has a solution to my bluetooth connectivity problem, please help. I installed Atheros driver from the ASUS website and followed the directions with loading the software. I installed an updated BIOS but may have chosen the wrong one. There were three to choose from. I don't know why I want to have the bluetooth working other than to use it for headphones and transferring data from my phone. Anyway I'm stuck with t looking dead. Your suggestions are most welcome.

I have been assigbed to write a user's guide/manual on a review process I do in my work. There are several software programs ustilized. The job entials lots of variables like what if this happens and what if that happens. I am seeking ideas from any one who reads this post.
